The Olive Bureau is an Italian company consisting of a network of professionals with extensive experience of all aspects relating to the production of olive oil: agronomy, technology and production, blending and creation of corporate brands profiles, sensory analysis, implementation and management support for olive oil-related projects and olive mills, preparation for the market.

We offer our consultancy service throughout the world by providing professional and practical solutions for every need and purpose to companies wishing to start, manage or improve their olive/olive oil production while maximizing the quality and profitability of their business.

Duccio Morozzo della Rocca

Owner and director of The Olive Bureau

After obtaining his Master's degree in "Olive cultivation and Quality Oil" from the Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Pisa, he started working as a freelance professional in the olive sector, specializing in the extraction process in the mill, tasting techniques, blending and management of international olive projects.

Since 2005, he has worked as a consultant for various realities and companies in different countries around the world: from the Mediterranean (Spain, Italy, Portugal, Turkey, France, Greece, Malta) to Chile, from the United States to Australia, from the Middle East all the way to Japan.

In 2010, having tasted thousands of oil samples, he took the qualifying examination for taste panel leader recognized by the International Olive Council and is currently enrolled in its lists of specialized technical consultants.

He is a journalist specializing in the olive sector.

Export

An expert in international relations, she is fluent in 4 languages ​​(Italian, French, Japanese, and English). She deals with export of agricultural and food products on behalf of The Olive Bureau.

Akira Ikeshima

Responsible for relations with Japan

Has worked in the food processing business for years, mainly dealing in import of Mediterranean products, such as olive oil and balsamic vinegar, to Japan.
